Terms & Condition

  1. A booking is only made when the company receives a no refundable deposit of £50 from the customer and the company confirms the booking with the customer.
  2. The customers are responsible for checking the confirmation. Any mistakes or alterations have to be notified to the company within 14 days.
  3. The balance must be paid within 14 days before the delivery of the order. If the balance has not been paid within this time, the company is entitled to regard the order as cancelled and any refunds will be made at the companies discretion.
  4. Once the order has been delivered the customer is responsible and the company will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage arising.
  5. The company can not guarantee that any of its products does not contain any substances that may cause allergic reactions. The customer is responsible for advising their guests on this and the company will not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury from exposure to anything which might cause an allergic reaction such as  (without limitation) nut, nut product or alcohol. The customer is also advised that although the icing, petals and leaves are edible some decorations are not, such as wires, ribbons, jewels, board etc. The customer is responsible for advising their guests of this and the company will not accept any liability of any loss, damage, or injury arising from any such exposure.
  6. All cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations made less than 14 days before delivery of order will only be made at the companies discretion. The company can not refund any products that have already been made.
  7. The company will not accept any liability for loss or damage arising when it is not able to deliver due to adverse weather conditions, road hazards or conditions. The company will keep the customer informed in these conditions.
  8. The company shall not be responsible for any default in its obligations where delivery of the order is prevented or delayed through other events beyond the reasonable control of the company.
  9. If you are not 100% happy with your product, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it to report any problems. We do not accept returned goods. Problem can be discussed and any refunds will be given at the companies discretion.
